Passover and the Coronavirus

Update: Passover 2020

The first time people were told to remain in their homes until death passed by wasn’t because of the coronavirus. In Scripture, it was Passover. Israel put lamb’s blood on the doors of their houses until death passed over, then God brought them out of captivity in Egypt.

Take advantage of COVID-19. Treat Passover 2020 as a new beginning for you and your family.

  • Eat the lamb’s flesh / the unleavened bread. (Read the Word of God.)
  • Remove all leaven from your house. (Discard all of men’s teachings about God.)
  • Come out of Egypt. (Come out of all religious institutions, churches, and synagogues – all lies about God from people and the world.)

Get alone with God in His Word, and find out the truth from Him as only He can teach it. Start with Moses and the Prophets, which are God’s starting Scriptures.

Read God’s Word each day during Passover/Unleavened Bread week (April 9-16). Stay away from men’s teachings. The Lord must be the One Teacher.

FATHER – COME OUT SON – COME TO ME HOLY SPIRIT – COME & SEE
BELIEVE GOD UNDERSTAND THE MIND OF CHRIST SPEAK AND DO THE WORD
And Abraham said, “God will provide for Himself the lamb” (Gen 22:8) On the tenth of the month, take a male unblemished lamb of the first year for each household. (Ex 12:3) Jesus came as the Lamb for the household of God. “Behold, the Lamb of God!” (Jn 1:36) “hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb” (Rev 6:16)
“And you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month, then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel is to kill it at twilight.” (Ex 12:6) Jesus died on Passover day and is the Passover. For Christ our Passover also has been sacrificed. Let us therefore celebrate the feast… (1Cor 5:7-8) The son of Abraham spared, but the Son of God must die.
Put the lamb’s blood on the doorposts and lintel. (Ex 12:7) the Lord’s bloodied head on the lintel and His bloody hands and feet nailed to the doorposts Jesus shed His blood for the new covenant. “I am the door.” (Jn 10:9)
Eat the lamb’s flesh with unleavened bread and bitter herbs. (Ex 12:8) Jesus gave His body and blood for the new covenant. “Take, eat; this is My body.” (Mt 26:26) the Word became flesh (Jn 1:14) Eat His flesh, the Word of God, and drink His blood. “For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink.” (Jn 6:55) “This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in My blood.” (Lk 22:20)
Remove all leaven from your houses. (Ex 12:15) “Watch out and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.” (Mt 16:6) Then they understood that He did not say to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees. (Mt 16:12)
Come out of Egypt, out of slavery and captivity. “…let us go three days’ journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the Lord our God.” (Ex 3:18) “Come to Me” (Mt 11:28) “For One is your Teacher” (Mt 23: 8) Come out and overcome all types of churches, and go to Jesus for “He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.” (Rev 19:13)
“And you shall observe this event as an ordinance for you and your children forever.” (Ex 12:24) “If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.” (Jn 14:15) And by this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments. (1Jn 2:3)
Then all the sons of Israel did so; they did just as the LORD had commanded (Ex 12:50) The disciples of Jesus did the Word of God. WHAT WILL YOU DO?!

Is Passover for Jews only? Under the Spirit of the Law and the New Covenant, the Lord’s Passover is for all who are “circumcised of heart” – those who are Jews inwardly.

So why don’t churchgoers understand the beauty and mystery of God’s Passover? Because His Word has no place in them! They’re comfortably enslaved to the teachings and traditions of men. Preferring their own man-made holidays, they reject God’s appointed times. They’re in spiritual Egypt and want to remain.

He says “come out and be separate” – they say we’re happy in our church and don’t want to leave.
He says “do not become slaves of men” – they say we love our pastors and priests, and the teachings and traditions of men.
He says “remove leaven from your houses” – they say no church is perfect.
He says “celebrate a feast to Me” – they say no, thanks, we’ve got our own.

What’s the point of Passover? It’s the start of God’s process. He calls people to Himself, so that they might know Him by His Word:
– Remove all leaven … men’s ways and men’s teachings.
– Come out from all religions and the organized church … spiritual captivity.
– Be alone with God in the wilderness … with nothing but His Word of truth.
– Take in and believe only the Word of God … the Lamb’s flesh, the unleavened bread.

You were called to freedom.
