God vs. man: What does God say?
Why do you go to church and believe men? Why do you trust what men tell you about God? Why? Why? Why? God told you, in the Law, that He was sorry that He made man. God told you, in the Prophets, not to regard man, whose breath is in his nostrils. God showed you, in the New, that Jesus didn’t entrust Himself to men. So why do you?
the LORD was sorry that He had made man (Gen 6:6)
“Stop regarding man” (Isa 2:22)
Jesus, on His part, was not entrusting Himself to them, for He knew all men...
He Himself knew what was in man (John 2:24,25)
Until now, you have believed man. Do you think repentance might have something to do with believing God alone, and not trusting what men say? There is One you must seek and believe.
“ONE GOD” (1Cor 6:8)
“ONE IS YOUR FATHER” (Matt 23:9)
“ONE LORD” (1Cor 6:8)
“ONE IS YOUR LEADER” (Matt 23:10)
“ONE SHEPHERD” (Ezek 34:23)
“ONE IS YOUR TEACHER” (Matt 23:8)
“ONE KING” (Ezek 37:22)
“ONE HUSBAND” (2Cor 11:2)
“ONE WHO IS GOOD” (Matt 19:17)
“ONE JUDGE” (Jas 4:12)
Israel asked for judges and kings even though God was already their Lawgiver, Judge, and King. Now the church is doing the same. They look to so-called “fathers,” pastors, teachers, and priests – even though God alone is the One Father, and He has already provided the One Shepherd, One Teacher, and One Priest.
Do you understand? Whether Israel or the church, your deadly problem is: you keep putting man in the way. STOP! There is only One Mediator between God and men. Go to Him. Stop putting man in between.
“THERE IS ONE GOD, AND ONE MEDIATOR BETWEEN GOD AND MEN” (1Tim 2:5)
The Israel of God is gathered to the One God, not to men. Stop entrusting yourself to man. Believe the One God and Father, and learn from the One Lord He sent.
“Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD is one!” (Deut 6:4)
Fear God! “the One who sent Me” (John 12:45)
“I and the Father are one.” (John 10:30)
“He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself” (Rev 19:12)
“His name is called
THE WORD OF GOD” (Rev 19:13)
GO TO THE AUTHOR AND PERFECTER OF FAITH and ask Him to give you “His Name.”
